I asked for a replacement thinking it would be simple. Nope. Got bounced around for days. Slow replies. No real updates. Just a lot of waiting and checking my messages. i still don’t even know what’s supposed to happen next. Super frustrating.

I ordered from bushdvd.com and ended up needing to return one DVD because I’d accidentally picked the wrong one (totally my mistake). The return details were on the site, but I did have to click around and read a bit before I was completely sure what to do.

Sending it back was straightforward once I figured it out, although I had to cover the postage myself (not ideal, but not shocking either). They got back to me after a couple of days, so not exactly quick, but not awful.

The refund did come through in the end, it just took longer than I was hoping. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just kind of average and a little slower than I’d like.

I don't know, I was expecting the picture to be decent, but it kept looking blurry while I was watching. Like... it was still playable, but the quality was disappointing

My order showed up later than expected, and when I reached out to support, it took a while to get a response. I had a feeling this might be a hassle from the start, i probably should’ve trusted my instinct. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying and not something I’m super happy about.

The covers looked nice overall, though they were a bit darker than I expected. I’m feeling mentally drained, so I don’t have a ton to say, but they did look good.

The disc did play, but it was scratched up more than I expected and skipped in a few spots. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around, which was annoying. Not the best experience overall.

I kept looking around for some clear info about how my card details were being protected, and there wasn’t much there, at least not enough to reassure me. Maybe the site is totally fine, who knows, but when it comes to entering card info I need to feel a bit more confident. I ended up stopping before checking out. They could definitely make the security details more obvious.

I get that things can take time, but if you’re going to sell something, you should probably be able to answer people quickly too. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but either way it left a bad taste. I don’t think I’d order from them again

I ordered from BushDVD and, the tracking was actually spot on, which I wasn’t totally expecting. It kept updating like it should, and the DVD showed up right when they said it would. Not exactly a luxury experience, but it did the job without any hassle, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered a DVD from BushDVD and it got here without any real issues. The disc and case were in good shape, and it arrived about how I expected. I did notice the outside mailer was a little on the flimsy side, and one corner had a small dent, though nothing major. Overall it was fine, but I wouldn’t mind seeing them use slightly sturdier packaging.

So yeah, I went from mildly skeptical to actually happy with the whole thing. Delivery was solid, no drama, and I’d probably order again if I needed something.

I came across BushDVD while comparing a few places for DVDs, it kind of confirmed what I already thought, some of these smaller sites have better prices if you actually look around. The site isn’t anything fancy, but ordering was simple enough and I felt like I got a decent deal. Overall, I’m happy with what I paid

I checked out Bushdvd.com and, the selection isn’t bad. I did manage to find a few older DVDs I’d been looking for, so it’s not like the site is useless or anything. But before anyone acts like I’m being too picky, there were definitely some titles I thought would be there that just weren’t. A few categories also felt a little empty to me. It’s fine if you’re just browsing around, but I do think they could add more variety. I’d probably check back later to see if anything new shows up.

I got the order confirmation fast, so that part was fine. I’m still waiting for the DVD to arrive, though. Maybe I’m just being impatient, but I expected it might be here by now...

I ordered internationally and the delivery did show up, but it took longer than I was expecting. Not terrible, just kind of confusing because I wasn’t really sure why it was delayed??

I came here hoping to find some harder-to-find DVDs, but most of the ones I wanted wasn’t available. The search feels kind of clunky too, so it got frustrating quick. it didn’t really feel worth my time...
